What I was now looking for was what I called the perfect weight loss program. It took a long time to find this weight loss solution but eventually I did, in this article I
will describe this solution in more detail.
I have tried many a diet and weight loss program. The problem was that I never really had any real belief in any of them. Around ten months ago I decided to formulate my own solution to losing weight. I had to ask myself a number of questions and had to be very honest with the answers. After this soul searching exercise I realised that there were two major reasons why I had a problem with my weight. Firstly, I ate far too much food and what more the wrong types of food. Secondly, I did virtually no exercise at all.
The main error that I was making and I believe many other people make is the fact that I was eating a large amount of food in between meals. I decided that I would attempt to stick to just eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and that I would not eat anything else. The breakfast would consist of some form of cerial with a piece of toast and a glass of either pure orange juice or milk. I would eat a fairly light and healthy lunch which would also include a piece of fruit. My main meal would be dinner where I would basically eat whatever I wanted. I was aware that this would be difficult to stick to however I was very determined.
I combined this by a little bit of light exercise each day. To say that this proved hard to stick to would be an understatement however stick to it I did. After only a few months the results were amazing. I now feel much healthier and happier.
